Here’s another chance to order a Rift for April delivery.
If you missed your chance to pre-order an Oculus Rift last month and don’t want to wait until the now expected delivery date of July 2016, you can scoop up a Rift for an April delivery starting today. You’ll just have to order an Oculus Ready PC along with it.
Starting February 16th at 8am PT, anyone can pre-order Oculus Ready PCs and Rift bundles from Best Buy, Amazon and the Microsoft Store, starting at $1499 USD for a limited time only. The expected ship date is April 23, 2016.
All bundles include an Oculus-certified PC and everything that comes with Rift – the headset, sensor, remote, an Xbox One controller, EVE: Valkyrie Founder’s Pack, and Lucky’s Tale. Pre-orders for Oculus Ready and Rift bundles will ship in limited quantities to select countries and regions from retail partners.
The first Oculus Ready PCs will be available from ASUS, Alienware and Dell. Specs and prices will vary so make sure you check it out on each individual retail site.
For those who’ve already pre-ordered Rift, you’ll be able to purchase discounted Oculus Ready PCs in select countries and regions. To claim your discount, check your order status and opt into partner offers if you haven’t already. Offer codes will appear on your order status page February 16.
