Add some style to your game with this limited-edition accessory.

VR developer Mighty Coconut has partnered with VR accessory provider HelloReal to launch an official golf putter accessory designed specifically for use with Walkabout Mini Golf VR on Meta Quest VR headsets.

Available for a limited time, the official Walkabout Grip-to-Putter promises a more realistic VR mini golf experience thanks to a combination of unique features. This includes a comfortable grip, self-tensioning lanyard, adjustable hardware trigger, and a swappable grip system. There’s even an exclusive in-game cosmetic.

The device attaches directly to your motion controllers and is compatible with the Meta Rift S, Quest, Quest 2, and Quest Pro. There’s even a dedicated in-game preset, allowing you to jump straight into the action with your new putter.

“The official Walkabout Grip-to-Putter brings together the accuracy and realism of a weighted physical putter shaft with the impossibly good grip-to-putt setting in the ultimate VR mini golf experience: Walkabout Mini Golf,” says the official product description. “Enjoy the pro-feel of a custom-designed controller attachment without compromising on the grip-to-putt settings that keep your ball in play and prevent unintentional putts!”

The Walkabout Grip-to-Putter is currently on sale for $59.99 (normally $64.99) via HelloReal (pre-orders are available now). The product is expected to begin shipping later this summer. A PlayStation VR2 version is also coming this summer.

In addition to an official putter accessory, Mighty Coconut has also revealed that its lineup of add-on courses will be heading to Pico VR headsets. This includes the most recent release, “Journey to the Center of the Earth,” as well as the upcoming “Evil Lairs” series revealed during the Upload VR Showcase.
