Unity developers can build spatial computing experiences for visionOS that blend digital content with the physical world using Unity PolySpatial.
With the release of its visionOS beta platform, Unity, the creator of the world’s leading real-time 3D content creation system, is providing developers with access to its Unity PolySpatial tool. Through this beta program, you and other creatives will be able to create experiences using Unity editor that can run on the Apple Vision Pro MR headset.
Any developer using Unity will be able to create a cohesive look and feel for its content within visionOS, which will allow users to experience their favorite apps in new spatial environments. As a result, it will provide support for both PolySpatial and Apple’s RealityKit.

Through the release of visionOS beta, developers can create new experiences as well as port their existing ones to the platform. With the new authoring workflows and tools, they can easily blend their content into the physical world. In addition, users can now control their content with their eyes using Apple Vision Pro’s built-in eye-tracking technology.
Developers who use Unity’s authoring tools can now create and deliver 3D experiences using the new visionOS beta. With the ability to run their apps on the platform, you’ll be able to enjoy the latest features such as high-quality rendering and low-latency passthrough.
