Return to the role of The Tourist and battle new enemies across the French Quarter.

Skydance Interactive has officially unveiled The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution, an official follow-up to its award-winning survival horror VR game based on Robert Kirkman’s popular comic book series.

Released on major VR platforms in 2020, Saints & Sinners has you exploring the zombie-infested streets of post-apocalyptic New Orleans in search of a highly sought-after cache of supplies secured within a hidden military bunker known as ‘The Reserve.’

Along the way, you’ll come across multiple factions of human survivors whom you can fight or befriend depending on your playstyle or mood. Truly devious players can even pit these groups against one another to achieve their goals. Don’t let the brutal combat and open-world environments fool you; Saints & Sinners is as much a puzzle game as it is an RPG.

Chapter 2: Retribution will return you to the role of ‘The Tourist’ as you once again explore the decrepit remains of the French Quarter. According to Skydance, this is not a DLC update but a full-fledged sequel to the original game. You can expect new enemies to fight, environments to explore, and “gut-wrenching” decisions to make.

“The past two years have been absolutely incredible for The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, and we’re grateful for the continued support from the player community who have helped make the game the success it is today,” said Chris Busse, acting head of Skydance Interactive. “We’re excited to announce Chapter 2, and we can’t wait to let players explore the new adventures that await them in the French Quarter and beyond.”

According to the official Oculus blog, Chapter 2: Retribution will be available on Quest headsets at launch. Skydance promises additional information later this year. The company wrapped up the announcement by revealing that the original Saints & Sinners has grossed over $60 million in revenue since its launch back in 2020.
