For those who have been waiting to register for the second installment of Oculus Connect 2 that kicks off September 23-25 in Hollywood, CA can now submit their application.
Oculus Connect 2 will bring together more than 1,500 of the top developers, engineers, and creators working in virtual reality under one roof for 3 days of panels and workshops.
You can visit the Oculus Connect 2 website to register and submit your application. If you are accepted, you will be notified via email in August and you’ll then be able to complete your registration and pay the registration fee. A welcome addition this year is that Oculus has provided a new indie and student-pricing tier at $95.
In addition to opening up registration, Oculus Connect 2 will be doubling the number of talks and is looking for presentations from developers who want to share their work and experience with the community. Oculus is especially interested in submissions revolving around VR engineering, game/app design, and cinematic VR. The submission deadline for presentations is 11:59pm PST on August 3.
We are looking forward to Oculus Connect 2 and will bring you full coverage here on VRScout.
